Toddler Yoga helps children learn how to focus, relax, and both self-monitor and self-soothe. Yoga instills these four skills and more, enabling children to jumpstart the day with excitement and meet the adventures that come with mindfulness and perspective.
One off session is suitable for toddlers from 18months old to 4years old, 4 weeks course suitable from 2years old to 4years old.
Baby Yoga- is an inclusive set of practices to enhance playful interaction and communication between parent and baby and to promote their healthy development. It perfectly compliments baby massage and expands the benefits of touch with those of movement and relaxation. Classes are suitable for babies from birth to 1year (not crawling/ walking). Classes run for 4 weeks.
