Toddler Yoga- aims to help both parent and toddler relax in their shared enjoyment of the movement. It offers a whole new experiences of fun for the young child. The moves and sequences offer support in every area of child’s development, physical, cognitive, social and emotional. Classes offer a wonderful opportunity for family bonding and for making new friends. Toddler yoga gives tools for stress management, teaches present moment, sparks creativity, maintains flexibility, develops focus and concentration, fun and much more. There are one off sessions suitable for toddlers from 18months to 4 years and 4 week courses suitable for 2-4 year olds.
Baby Yoga- is an inclusive set of practices to enhance playful interaction and communication between parent and baby and to promote their healthy development. It perfectly compliments baby massage and expands the benefits of touch with those of movement and relaxation. Classes are suitable for babies from 3 months to premobile (not crawling/ walking). Classes run for 4 weeks.
