Mind Yourself is a Health Visitor run group where we aim to promote positive mental health and wellbeing it continues on the first Wednesday each month (excluding July and August). In the group we will look at 5 simple steps to improve your mental wellbeing. All 5 suggestions are free, easily achievable and applicable to anyone's life, regardless of their circumstances.
The group is designed to help us reflect on our mental health and make us more aware of a few simple ways to protect and improve it whilst equipping us with coping strategies to deal with challenges as and when they arise, The group topics include:
- Laughter Yoga
- Tuning into stress
- Support Networks
